We were tasked with creating a brand new kitchen into an existing home without changing or compromising any of the original design and aesthetic of the space. The new island gave the kitchen a new level of functionality and ultimately opened up the space to incorporate the spectacular views surrounding the property. 

One of the biggest challenges we faced was having to remove parts of the existing flooring to accommodate pipes and services that didn’t currently exist for the new central location. Our team had to locate and source replacement travertine tiles that colour matched the existing tiles. The island itself was finished to the highest specifications again in keeping with the original design and feel of the original space. This included custom benchtops carved from natural stone and oak veneer finishes for the associated cabinetry.
